Posting Policy For Sale

This section appear in your item posting page and before you post any item for sale, you have to agree to obey the posting policy, rules and regulation.

1. Illegal Items

If you are not sure whether what you are selling is illegal or not, please write in to clarify the service or the product that you are selling. In the event that you failed to do so, we reserved the rights to suspend your account or your item or both without notification.

2. Type of Advertisement Not Allowed

You may NOT post any items related to: duplicate posts, spams, porn, pirated VCD/software, misleading title,  naccurate posting or any items prohibited by the laws of the United State. Your posting should not contain any links/url that may refer/redirect users to own/self promote sites, except DEMO of your services.

Items include those that :

- promote sexually explicit materials (pornography)
- promote violence
- promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
- promote illegal activities
- otherwise violate intellectual properties rights

We reserve the right to remove any of your posting without notification.

3. Suspension of All Related Account

Suspension of your account may apply to all accounts related to yours and may, at our discretion, apply to members of the same household, company or premise. Suspensions may range from 1 day to indefinite. You are to be responsible for their suspension.

4. Your Handphone and Email.

We advice you not to reveal or giving out your handphone number, email, messenger or any direct contact in your posting. We may get complaint on scams, phone spamming, fraud, and outside deals.

Make sure paypal email is correct and accurate to receive money.

5. You responsible for your posts.

You take the full responsibility of your account and for all items you post up for sale in this site, irregardless you are helping your friends, family members, spouse, classmate or etc.
